I paid for an exchange application, but the funds haven’t appeared in my account. Why?

Several factors can delay the receipt of your funds. Please check the following:

  • Verify Transfer Details: Ensure your transfer details are accurate. Incorrect details will result in an “Error” status and an email notification. Please note: Refunds are not possible for transactions processed with incorrect details.
  • Confirm Account Debit: Verify that the funds have been successfully deducted from your sending account. If no deduction occurred, the transaction will not proceed.
  • Blockchain Delays: Blockchain network congestion can cause delays. We cannot expedite these delays; you must wait for network processing.
